HOT WORK PERMIT
A Hot Work Permit is required for any operation involving open flames or producing heat and/or sparks. This includes, but is not limited to: Brazing, Cutting, Grinding, Soldering, Thawing Pipe, Torch-Applied Roofing, and Cad Welding. When filling out the application, please be sure to read each individual safety point and check to affirm you agree to adhere to these points.
